By accessing or using InterviewIQ, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
InterviewIQ is an AI-powered interview management platform that helps hiring teams generate questions, conduct interviews with live transcription, and produce evaluation reports.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
You agree not to misuse the platform. This includes but is not limited to: using the service for discriminatory hiring practices, sharing candidate data without consent, attempting to reverse-engineer AI models, or overloading the system with automated requests.
Free plans are available with usage limits. Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months.
You retain ownership of all content you create on the platform, including interview notes and custom rubrics. InterviewIQ retains ownership of the platform, AI models, and generated question templates.
AI-generated questions and reports are provided as suggestions and should not be the sole basis for hiring decisions. You are responsible for ensuring your hiring practices comply with applicable laws.
InterviewIQ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for hiring decisions made using the platform, data loss beyond our reasonable control, or indirect or consequential damages.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the settings page. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. For material changes, we will provide notice via email.
