Interview transcripts, notes, and AI-generated reports are stored securely and are accessible only to you and members of your workspace. Candidate data shared via the self-evaluation portal is visible only to your team.
Interview data is processed by AI models to generate questions and evaluation reports. This data is not used to train AI models. Processing occurs in real-time and results are stored within your account.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Free plan data is retained for 90 days. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, secure authentication, and regular security audits to protect your information.
